You&#39;ll be a trusted partner to clients, managing risks, financial performance, and cross-functional teams.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key responsibilities include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Manage publications and medical affairs projects from initiation through to completion, including &lt;strong&gt;abstracts, posters, manuscripts, congress deliverables, advisory boards, slide decks, medical education materials, training programmes, scientific platforms&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Lead multiple concurrent projects and workstreams across client programmes, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource management&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status trackers&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Own project financial management, including budget development, forecasting, invoicing, revenue recognition, and profitability tracking&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Managing Statements of Work (SOWs), monitoring scope, identifying change requests and out-of-scope activities&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Build and maintain client relationships&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You&#39;ll Bring:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience within a &lt;strong&gt;Medical Communications agency&lt;/strong&gt; in a project/account or programme management role&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience managing &lt;strong&gt;scientific publications&lt;/strong&gt; (including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts) and a broad range of &lt;strong&gt;Medical Affairs deliverables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;The ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while balancing quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Project financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Organisational, planning, and communication skills&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience building client relationships and leading project communications with both internal and external stakeholders&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Why Join Us:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;At Inizio Medical, we believe our people are our strength.
