Opportunihub is an online platform that aggregates and curates jobs, grants, scholarships, fellowships, funding and learning opportunities, and provides related career tools.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not post false, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory or fraudulent content.
• Do not scrape, harvest or misuse data, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site.
• Do not impersonate others or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

4. Listings & third-party content

Many opportunities on the Site are aggregated from third-party sources and link to external websites. We do not own, endorse or guarantee these listings, and we are not responsible for the content, availability, application processes or outcomes of third-party opportunities. Always verify details on the official source and never pay a fee to apply for a legitimate opportunity.

5. Employer & paid services

Certain features (such as job posting, boosting or subscriptions) may be offered for a fee. Fees, plan details and any refund terms are described at the point of purchase and on our Pricing page.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its design and its original content are owned by Opportunihub and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the Site.

7. Advertising

The Site displays third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third parties and their appearance does not imply endorsement. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opportunihub is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing. See our full Disclaimer.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
