Our accounting team is small, and every member makes a real difference. In this role, you will own Accounts Payable and contribute across the full scope of the accounting function: month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany, VAT and tax, and audit preparation.</p> <p>We would love to hear from you if you are a versatile all-rounder who enjoys the variety that comes with a multi-entity group. margin-bottom: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;"> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Own the Accounts Payable process: supplier invoice review and coding (ApprovalMax/Xero), payment preparation, supplier statement reconciliations and vendor master data</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Prepare and manage general ledger entries, accruals and prepayments</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Monthly, quarterly and annual closes for all group entities, in collaboration with external accounting firms</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Balance sheet and bank reconciliations, and account analysis to ensure balances are correct and supported</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Around 5 years of accounting experience, ideally starting at a Big 4 firm in audit or accounting outsourcing</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">A strong accounting background: confident with general ledger accounting, closing, reconciliations, accruals and the full accounting cycle</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience with multi-entity groups, intercompany accounting and, ideally, consolidation</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Hands-on Accounts Payable experience; experience coaching or reviewing the work of junior team members is a plus</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Working knowledge of VAT and corporate tax compliance; international or cross-border VAT exposure is a plus</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience preparing for and working with external auditors</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Hands-on experience with accounting software and strong Excel skills; familiarity with Xero and ApprovalMax is a plus</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt;
