In short, we create and deliver culturally relevant creativity that cuts through the clutter and sets hearts (and feeds) on fire.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As part of the Brandtech Group we’re at the forefront of the deployment of GenAI tools across every aspect of what we do and in PencilPro we have the world’s No 1 generative AI platform, revolutionising the process of creative production, distribution and performance prediction. <strong><br /><br />This role reports to the Senior Financial Controller <br /></strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to the accurate execution, preparation and submission of all month-end and year-end financial reporting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, preparation of reporting, including supporting documentation and resolving any reconciliation issues.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Inter-company entries, preparation and reconciliation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Complete month-end journals, including accruals and prepayments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">UK VAT Return preparation and submission</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide analytics for the P&amp;L and Balance Sheet, explaining the variations and transactions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain control of the fixed assets with supporting documentation and register monthly depreciation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Foreign Exchange analysis, entries, and reconciliations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to the preparation of budgets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support audit queries, payroll journals, and payment of liabilities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the transfer pricing and cost allocation model processes</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Skills and Competencies</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of experience in a financial role with experience working with the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations and P&amp;L reviews.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficient in formulas in Google Sheets and Excel</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">ACA or ACCA qualified.
