You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records regarding payments to suppliers, processing payments from clients as well as improving department processes.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><u>Please note that this position will begin as a six-month, full-time, fixed-term role</u> to cover for a team member on maternity leave. There is potential for the role to extend beyond the initial six months.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your primary responsibilities will include:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure all documentation from suppliers and creditors and expense employees are monitored, effectively processed and paid on time.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage all data throughput in the department to ensure that it is managed and processed efficiently.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reconcile supplier statements and other balance sheet data monthly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox, including ServiceNow AP ticketing system.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain relationships with employees, vendors and clients.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support with weekly Cash Forecasting deliverables.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Simplify and automate financial reporting processes.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency with bookkeeping software, especially Sage, Cloud, Salesforce and Excel.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Over one year of experience with Purchase Order processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
