We have been certified B Corp and Climate Neutral since 2021.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JOB PURPOSE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;The Enterprise Architect serves as the primary technical driver for closing sales opportunities and supporting existing customer success with their marketing technology programs through value realization. The Enterprise Architect engages with customer Technical, Marketing and C-Suite teams in evaluation of current-state technology and business objectives to deliver future-state marketing technical architectures, digital engagement roadmap management and “Art of the Possible” digital experiences.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHAT YOU’LL BRING&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Past experience in a consultative role supporting large-scale enterprise&amp;nbsp;digital marketing ecosystems in the role of Architect/Principal Consultant or employee Marketing/Technical leader.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Working knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing journey including Adtech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs, etc.), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management/Generation, CRM, Media Execution and Reporting/Insights.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Significant hands-on experience using enterprise&amp;nbsp;platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) with an emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security and Data Ingress/Egress.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to communicate complex ideas which “tells a story” to support Adobe’s POV and/or recommendation to technical, marketing and C-Suite audiences&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to quickly diagnose challenges and opportunities and produce a future state architecture.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong written and verbal communications skills with particular expertise in PowerPoint and Lucid Chart/Visio&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science (CS), Digital Marketing or MBA or equivalent experience&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SKILLS TO SET YOU APART&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications in Adobe (AEP, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target or Workfront)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Recent experience building enterprise&amp;nbsp;level return on investment focused Business Cases for technology transformations&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Hands-on experience architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter or React-Native mobile applications&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience leading a revenue focused Book of Business including sales pipeline via Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics, scope/contract review and Value Realization measurement.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Familiarity and usage of generative AI solutions&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WE OFFER:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;A flexible, hybrid working policy (2 days from the office, depending on location).&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;An excellent salary based on experience and equal pay policies&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Pension, free private healthcare, mental health support, and company sick pay scheme.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;26 days paid holiday (plus UK Bank Holidays).&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Help getting you to work with a season ticket loan and cycle to work scheme.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Enhanced family friendly policies to support new parents.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Social and Cultural Events, plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues through organised activities and celebrations.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Inspirational Talks, bringing the outside in with regular guest speakers and events.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Learning and Development, supporting your growth with continuous opportunities to learn and advance.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Buddy Programme: You will be paired with a ‘Buddy’ to help you through your first weeks’ at DEPT®.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;A reputation for doing good.
