Sitting at the intersection of business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, you'll be a trusted advisor to our customers — driving their AI strategies, creating AI adoption roadmaps, and designing AI agent concepts and specifications. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with AI engineers, product, solution engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure agents are deployed, scaled, and delivering high ROI to our customers' businesses.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <ul type="disc"> <li data-list-item-id="e838afc3c3694ac485210273d17a0b50c" style="list-style-type: none;">Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify potential opportunities for AI use cases.</li> <li data-list-item-id="eaf7c8aea9d94f7c2dd013f4ca1d74afb" style="list-style-type: none;">Gain a deep understanding of each customer's domain and business processes to prioritize the most impactful AI use cases, based on business impact and technical feasibility.</li> <li data-list-item-id="eaee551101672a7961723f11ab2ba184f" style="list-style-type: none;">Translate business problems and opportunities into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals, with success metrics and guardrails.</li> <li data-list-item-id="e25b3512d5a7f80fc2ba383918aa9055f" style="list-style-type: none;">Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows around them — removing repetitive work, unlocking new possibilities.</li> <li data-list-item-id="ec040b5706f9bcab04b62d1ef80d919ff" style="list-style-type: none;">Define how AI agents integrate with enterprise systems — CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, MCPs, workflows.</li> <li data-list-item-id="e1bee35a9cbf6a3bb2e8692acfd5b4af1" style="list-style-type: none;">Prepare agent specifications and solution documentation that enable delivery teams to implement successfully.</li> <li data-list-item-id="e9577905671d1c422848472d2da943983" style="list-style-type: none;">Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams across pre-sales, implementation, and adoption.</li> <li data-list-item-id="eff1d35a6abe229f7ed43fc2cf88d4e12" style="list-style-type: none;">Support customer presentations and executive discussions around AI strategy.</li> <li data-list-item-id="eecc9a8e6475ed894268f6c0a94b8a9ee" style="list-style-type: none;">Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, agentic AI trends, and industry best practices.</li> </ul> <h3>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:</h3> <ul type="disc"> <li data-list-item-id="ee40ee0884c65d1066b49b8014993518f" style="list-style-type: none;">Strong skills in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery.</li> <li data-list-item-id="ea9781d3f7e8c9426e65b2f6c4f3dfd28" style="list-style-type: none;">Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation;
