You bring strong visual storytelling skills, can work within established brand systems, and know how to use AI to expand creative possibilities while maintaining quality and consistency.</p> </div><h2>What you'll do</h2><ul> <div> <li>Create original illustrations across branding, campaigns, editorial content, social media, and digital experiences.</li> <li>Develop character-driven narratives, visual storytelling systems, and concept-led illustration work.</li> <li>Work within existing brand and illustration systems, matching established styles with consistency and accuracy.</li> <li>Use Generative AI tools to accelerate concept development, visual exploration, and illustration production.</li> <li>Integrate AI-generated assets into projects while maintaining strong artistic direction and brand integrity.</li> <li>Experiment with emerging AI workflows and share learnings with the broader creative team.</li> <li>Partner with creatives, project managers, and customers to translate briefs into polished visual outcomes.</li> <li>Connect illustration decisions to broader brand, campaign, and storytelling goals.</li> <li>Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining a high standard of craft.</li> <li>Manage multiple projects while balancing independent ownership and cross-functional collaboration.</li> </div></ul><h2>What you’ll bring</h2><ul> <div> <li>5+ years of professional illustration experience with a portfolio showcasing strong conceptual and narrative work.</li> <li>Excellent drawing fundamentals, including anatomy, composition, perspective, form, and visual storytelling.</li> <li>Proven ability to work within established brand systems and illustration guidelines.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related illustration tools.</li> <li>Experience using Generative AI tools as part of a professional creative workflow.</li> <li>Ability to create consistent illustration systems, character libraries, and scalable visual assets.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.</li> <li>Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams.</li> <li>Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback, iteration, and experimentation.</li> <li>Curiosity for emerging technologies and how they can enhance illustration workflows.</li> </div></ul><div><b>Why Join us?</b></div><div><br></div><div>Superside's vision is to create equal opportunities globally by accelerating the world’s transition to online work.
