AI-Driven Creative Producer

<p>Where we are right now: we already generate ad videos, gameplay clips, blog articles, and static ads automatically out of all our videos, comics, and games. What we need is more creative input: new trending formats and marketing messages that AI can't just automate its way into.</p> <p>The skill that matters most here is knowing exactly what AI can and can't do to produce at mass. You use it to turn out ad assets in volume, and you know its frontier: where AI can't yet make a high-quality ad format, you step in and take on the manual steps it takes to get there.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Generate statics, videos, and playable HTML ads with AI.</li> <li>Work with the User Acquisition Manager to figure out which parts of our product actually convince someone to download the app.</li> <li>Brief and steer UGC creators and partners, from the brief through to material that is genuinely usable.</li> <li>Efficiency counts. We need a high volume of variants every week, so use AI to turn ideas around fast and only go in manually where it actually matters.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>You know the frontier of what AI can and can't produce at volume, and you can step in manually to create the high-quality ad formats it can't.</li> <li>You have produced performance creatives for paid app campaigns and know why a hook works in the first two seconds.</li> <li>You can adjust video and images quickly and precisely in CapCut or a comparable editor.</li> <li>You have hands-on experience with image and video generation</li> </ul> <p>Nice to have</p> <ul> <li>Playable or interactive ad formats.</li> <li>Motion design, After Effects, or sound design.</li> <li>You have built a creative library and organised it so other people can actually work with it.</li> <li>You can find your way around the ad platforms yourself, not just the export folder.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Attractive VSOP options.
