AI Expert

<p>Everorth ECS is seeking a <em><strong>AI Expert</strong></em> to work hybrid in our <em><strong>Memphis, TN </strong></em>office or fully remote.</p> <p>Tasks to be Performed:</p> <ul> <li>Analyzing user/business data requirements and determining AI needs</li> <li>Determining the functionality of AI applications and performing predictive modeling over time</li> <li>Maintaining documentation for data analysis and machine learning models</li> <li>Developing, analyzing, and organizing data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for AI development</li> <li>Translating technical AI specifications into clear non-technical requirements</li> <li>Developing and documenting AI features and predictive models with performance metrics</li> <li>Assisting team with AI cost estimates and implementation</li> <li>Implementing best practices for AI scalability, supportability, maintenance, and performance</li> <li>Creating documentation for existing and future AI interfaces</li> <li>Developing AI models and algorithms for predictive analytics</li> <li>Applying sound analysis, business practices, and scientific expertise to solve a wide variety of customer problems</li> <li>Applying expert knowledge to determine accuracy and reasonableness of data</li> <li>Participating in business requirement gathering sessions, gathering user data requirements, understanding the user requirements, and assisting in the reconciliation of technical and business requirements</li> <li>Ensuring that all solutions follow security and compliance controls</li> <li>Mentoring or training other team members and sharing their expertise within and across contracts, organizational boundaries and with Customers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management or related technical discipline preferred (equivalent work experience in AI may substitute for a degree)</strong></li> <li><strong>US citizen or Green Card Holder and must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.</strong></li> <li>12+ years of experience in information technologies, data analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning</li> <li>Proven ability to assess data analysis needs and translate them into AI solutions</li> <li>Experience with AI applications and machine learning models</li> <li>Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques</li> <li>Experience with AI methodologies such as neural networks, decision trees, and regression models</li> <li>Knowledge/experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch</li> <li>Experience with AI deployment and productionizing models</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams</li> <li>Extensive understanding of Relational and Non-relational database. ( Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB , DynamoDB etc.)</li> <li>Proficiency in ETL / Batch processing using Python, Java or Go-lang.</li> <li>Experience in Integration with AWS cloud.</li> <li>Experience in RAG pipelines for LLM-based applications and embedding models.</li> <li>This position is suitable for an AI expert with extensive experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.</li> <li>The role requires expertise in developing AI solutions, building predictive models, and applying machine learning algorithms to drive business insights and decision-making.</li> </ul>
