AI Product Engineer - Internal Tools & Automation (m/w/d) - fully remote

<p>Build AI-powered tools and automations that make our Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Engineering teams 10x faster and better. You'll build on top of our proprietary platform, Lyto.OS, and continuously develop it further together with our Tech Team.</p> <p>The team currently consists of an AI Engineer + a Software Developer + the CTO.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li> <p>You identify automation and AI opportunities across the entire company – in direct exchange with the teams, close to the real workflow instead of at the whiteboard.</p> </li> <li> <p>You build AI-powered workflows for Marketing &#x26; Creative: briefing generation, copy review, asset QA, and ad-performance summaries – along our trend-to-product cycle of under one week.</p> </li> <li> <p>You develop quality-assurance and anomaly-detection tooling for our proprietary platform, LYTO.OS.</p> </li> <li> <p>You ship lightweight internal agents that take over repetitive work – so people can focus on what truly needs them.</p> </li> <li> <p>You own internal operations automation end-to-end: reporting pipelines, approval flows, and cross-system data syncs across our 15 microservices.</p> </li> <li> <p>You scope, prioritize, build, ship, and iterate – with full ownership and a short path from idea to production.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>You're an excellent engineer who builds software that carries real load in production – clean, pragmatic, and free of bloat.</li> <li>You know our stack (PHP/Laravel &#x26; Python, Vue/React, MySQL, Docker, DigitalOcean) or pick it up effortlessly.</li> <li>You haven't just built LLM systems – you've run them in production, with everything that really entails: cost, latency, evals, edge cases, monitoring.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Claude Code, the Anthropic Agent SDK, or multi-step AI agents in production.</li> <li>You extend AI tooling via MCPs and custom integrations against real data sources.</li> <li>Depth in LLM workflows: prompt engineering, tool use, structured outputs, RAG – and the judgment to choose the right tool for each problem.</li> <li>You think entrepreneurially and product-driven: you talk to users, question requirements, cut scope decisively, and tell AI gimmicks apart from real business impact.</li> <li>You want end-to-end ownership in a small, senior team that ships more than most 20-person teams.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Over 1 million orders, 5 markets, 3 brands – things are happening here.
