AI Program Manager

You'll own the operating cadence that keeps the VP and their teams moving: building the decks, pulling the data, and structuring the narratives that power offsites, business reviews, and leadership updates.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Alongside this, you will lead AI initiatives across the VP's organisation — working cross-functionally with revenue, operations, and technical teams to identify, pilot, and launch AI agents that make teams more efficient and free up bandwidth for higher-value work.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a newly created role reporting directly into the Global VP of Revenue Growth.
