Each portfolio company has one designated power user who leads AI enablement locally, runs training, and scales usage within their organisation.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>You work directly with our AI Transformation Catalyst at CHAPTERS Group, helping translate AI capabilities into real business value across 55+ portfolio companies. This is not a research or shadowing role. You take ownership of tasks, run your own analyses, document what works, and help shape how AI adoption spreads across the group.
