The position sits within the Planning and Scheduling Department, reporting directly to the Manager, Customer Routing.<br><br><strong>The role<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assist in supporting major accounts (i.e., contact accounts regarding delayed carrier pickups, communicate with sales regarding routing issues, etc.)</li><li>Adhere to customer specific routing guides to ensure compliance by routing and distribution teams for assigned accounts. </li><li>Work with internal teams to prioritize receipt of product given account specific routing requirements, considering processing and order timing.</li><li>Maintain routing table updates and ongoing maintenance.</li><li>Organize and maintain current vendor routing guides. </li><li>Assist DC Logistics Clerks to handle certain customer specific requirements during and after the shipment has been processed.</li><li>Route and communicate via certain customer specific routing portals.</li><li>Follow up and assist in troubleshooting shipping issues (i.e. picking/packing errors, delays, misguided freight, label issues, chargeback/penalties, etc).<br><br></li></ul><strong>The Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or any related discipline</li><li>At least 3 years' experience in a supply chain or related environment</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook</li><li>Expressed problem solving skill; able to gather and analyze information at a high level </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skill</li><li>Ability to speak and present information in a clear concise way in front of customers</li><li>Proven ability to prioritize information, work activities, use of time, resources</li><li>Ability to work in a team-based environment</li><li>High level of interpersonal skill and professionalism required</li><li>Ability to work under demanding deadlines<br><br></li></ul><strong>What's In It For You<br><br></strong><ul><li>Join a publicly traded company dual-listed on NYSE and TSX with great potential</li><li>Be part of a workplace where meaningful connections and teamwork are celebrated</li><li>From local to international, be ready to work alongside a diverse group of colleagues</li><li>Benefit from mentorship and continuous development opportunities</li><li>Take advantage of our attractive benefits packages<br><br></li></ul>We want to get to know you better!
