Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few.<br /><br />If you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for Android engineers to build the native Android experience for BJAK's AI Neobank App.<br /><br />This role is for someone who cares about clean user flows, fast performance, product quality and shipping reliable mobile features used by real customers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What Will You Build</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and ship native Android features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards and AI-assisted user journeys.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Turn complex financial flows into simple, fast and reliable mobile experiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with product, design, backend and AI engineers to take features from idea to production.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own app quality across performance, crash rate, loading states, edge cases and release stability.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use production feedback, analytics and customer behaviour to improve what you build after launch.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Integrate APIs, authentication, secure data handling and financial workflows with strong attention to reliability.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong native Android experience using Kotlin.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience shipping Android apps used by real users.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android development.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong product sense and care for UX, not just screens and tickets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Able to debug production issues and improve performance, reliability and app quality.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving fast without lowering the bar.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>The Bar</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for engineers with real technology career highlights.
