The 2026 class extends the Fellowship to 196 Fellows in 26 countries, deepening the Fellowship&#8217;s collective wisdom, reach, and impact across the global finance ecosystem. Moreover, they join a wider community of more than 4,200 values-based leaders in over 62 countries as part of the <a href="https://www.aspeninstitute.org/agln">Aspen Global Leadership Network</a> (AGLN).</p> <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Selected for their leadership and capacity to drive meaningful change, the 2026 cohort will embark on a transformative journey of courageous conversation and deep self-reflection, grounded in the Aspen Institute&#8217;s 75-year tradition of text-based dialogue. Capturing the forces reshaping finance today—from artificial intelligence and energy transition to digital assets and public policy—the cohort gives Fellows a chance to step outside their silos, examine the values that guide them, and turn those values into individual or collaborative impact ventures.</p> <p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>&#8220;The finance industry doesn&#8217;t just reflect the world&#8217;s challenges, it holds real power to solve them,&#8221; said Dar Vanderbeck, Vice President of the AGLN. &#8220;This class of Fellows is proof that leadership in finance can mean more than managing risk and protecting bottom lines; it can mean having the courage to redirect capital, influence, and imagination toward a more equitable future.
