Application Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

<br><strong>Your tasks</strong><p><br>The position is based at one of our sites in Willich, Stuttgart or Nuremberg.<br><br>As part of a passionate team, you will act in a key role with a wide scope of action across a broad product portfolio. With your excellence you will drive innovative solutions to grow our e-powertrain and/or data center business. <br><br>In detail:<br><ul><li><span style="color:rgb(31,31,31);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-align:left;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);display:inline;">Analyze application requirements and provide value added solutions to customers for e-powertrain and/or data center business</span></li><li>Define strategy for e-powertrain business and focus areas to support growth</li><li>Coordinate key projects to achieve mid- and long-term business plan</li><li>Product Marketing for portfolio of related automotive power devices</li><li>Identify focus applications and products and define new solutions and market strategies</li><li>Trigger new product developments in close interaction with marketing department and business divisions</li><li>Prepare and execute go-to-market plans for new products</li><li>Solution presentations to customers, distributors, and internal organisation</li><li>Support promotion activities at fairs and similar events</li></ul></p><br><strong>Your profile</strong><p><ul><li>Graduate in electrical engineering, relevant business administration education is a plus</li><li>Adequate years of experience in (product/application) marketing in a semiconductor company</li><li>Profound knowledge in e-mobility and/or data center applications and markets</li><li>Profound knowledge with power semiconductors</li><li>Competence to understand complex technical subjects with the ability to align such matters on engineering as well as on management level with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Experience in interaction with OEMs and Tier-ones</li><li>Ability to capture and understand customer system requirements</li><li>Team player with strong sense of taking initiative and drive a business opportunity</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills. Fluency in English.
