Architectural Interior Designer

This is a remote position.<br><br><strong>Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English)<br><br></strong>We are in search of an experienced Architectural &amp; Interior Designer who is fervent about design and possesses a rich background in both residential and commercial project designs, mainly in kitchens and bathrooms.<br><br>As a Kitchen/ Bathrooms Designer/Architect, you will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of kitchen/bathrooms design projects from inception to completion. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and technical proficiency.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Design and plan kitchen/bathroom renovations that meet client specifications and recent trends.</li><li>Create detailed construction documents for client presentations and supplier coordination.</li><li>Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3DS Max, and Lumion to produce high-quality visualizations.</li><li>Engage with clients to refine designs and confirm requirements, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to timelines.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.</li><li>Creation and elevation of designs using the 20/20 platform.</li><li>Deployment of the KCDW software for developing and presenting precise kitchen concept visuals.</li><li>Execution of 3D modeling and elementary rendering for architectural and interior designs utilizing Revit and Sketchup.</li><li>Production of detailed planimetric sketches employing AutoCAD.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Contract Details<br><br></strong><ul><li> Type: International Service Provision</li><li> In compliance with each Goverment regulations, the contractor will be held responsible for their own social security and tax payments.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, 3DS Max, and Revit; knowledge of 20/20 software is a plus.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in kitchen design and renovation.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing previous kitchen projects.</li><li>Excellent understanding of construction documentation and experience with both U.S. and international metric systems.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. </li><li>Manage and coordinate projects, including tasks related to audit, refurbishment, carpentry, management reporting, reconciliations, urban regeneration, and 3D modeling. </li><li>Utilize your skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for visual presentations. </li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in architectural design.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><strong>Company Overview:<br><br></strong>Join a cutting-edge and forward-thinking design firm dedicated to crafting transformative residential and commercial spaces.
