If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a member of the Founders' Office at bunch, you will work directly with the Founders on strategic projects that shape company decisions, while being exposed to every part of the business.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your Role</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support high-priority projects by running analyses, preparing research, and coordinating inputs across teams, taking ownership of smaller workstreams end-to-end as you ramp up</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments that feed directly into strategic decisions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain key metrics, dashboards, and reporting inputs that the Strategy team relies on, with your work going directly to the Founders and leadership team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help prepare company-wide communications and all-hands materials that keep the organisation informed and aligned</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify patterns and surface insights proactively, building your own view of where bunch should be heading and making the case for it</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work alongside experienced operators and quickly take on more responsibility as you grow</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About you</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Up to 1 year of professional experience with strong internships at high-performing startups, consulting firms, or fast-paced environments. You've already proven you can deliver in demanding settings — whether that's a startup where you did real work, a consulting analyst role, or building something of your own.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You're analytically sharp. You can structure a problem, gather the right data, and turn it into a clear, actionable output. You're comfortable with numbers, and understand the difference between an insight and a data point.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You're hungry, reliable, and low-ego. You pick things up fast, ask smart questions, and don't need to be told twice. You bring energy, and join with a strong growth-mindset.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You know what you don't know — and you ask early rather than guessing. At the same time, you don't just flag problems; you come with a suggestion. You're developing the instinct for what matters and what doesn't, and you actively seek feedback to sharpen it.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You reach for AI tools instinctively to research faster, stress-test your thinking, or get to a sharper output than you could alone. You understand AI's limits and check the work accordingly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent English is required.
