<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Join a small, fast-moving team building an <strong>AI-powered digital assistant for B2B sales teams</strong> — a multi-platform product spanning a React Web App, an Electron Desktop Client, a Swift Mobile App, and two backend services. As an <strong>Associate Founding Engineer (Full-Stack)</strong>, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with founding engineers from the very early days, receive direct mentorship from senior technical leaders, and grow your ownership and responsibility as you demonstrate your strengths. This is a rare opportunity to shape a product at the ground floor.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support and learn from founding engineers across the full product stack.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to core features spanning Web, Desktop, Mobile, and backend services.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Receive hands-on mentorship from senior technical leaders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Participate in product and architectural discussions from day one.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take on increasing responsibility as you build a track record within the team.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solid foundation in <strong>TypeScript</strong> and modern <strong>React</strong>.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to have / additional strengths:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrable experience in one or more of: <strong>mobile (Swift)</strong>, <strong>desktop (Electron/React)</strong>, or <strong>web backend (Node.js, REST/WebSockets)</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record delivering features across multiple platforms (Web, Electron/React Desktop, and Swift Mobile) within a single product.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort working in GitHub-based teams with code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience participating in early-stage product discussions and influencing architectural decisions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Open-source contributions or showcaseable side projects that demonstrate initiative.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">University degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or an adjacent discipline.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Enthusiasm for fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Note: Visa sponsorship is <strong>not available</strong> for this role.</em></p><h3>Location &amp; Work Arrangement</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a <strong>hybrid role</strong> based in <strong>Munich, Germany</strong>.
