Your mission will involve advising C-Level executives on their AI &amp; Data strategies and guiding large-scale digital transformations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and a key source of strategic insight, overseeing and nurturing long-term client relationships while ensuring the highest quality of delivery.</p><p></p><p>As an Associate Partner you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>&nbsp;Creating new business opportunities and expanding existing ones. Rely on your extensive network and collaborate with our business development team to create new business opportunities in LifeScience.</li><li>Engage with our client’s C-level stakeholders to understand their Data and AI related challenges, developing solutions and support them in implementing and scaling them in a sustainable way.</li><li>Lead and collaborate effectively within large cross-functional teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and provide leadership and direction&nbsp; to elevate our delivery capabilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead engagement teams in developing logical and insightful analyses; innovative &amp; effective recommendations and high-quality deliverables.</li></ul><p>Depending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will play an active role in practice development.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Director, Associate Partner/Partner level (or equivalent title) experience at a consulting firm.</li><li>Data Science background and specialization across LifeScience &amp; Healthcare are required.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities that leads to successful client engagements.</li><li>Demonstrated ability with the management of a portfolio of healthcare clients generating 7 figures in revenues in a consulting-like industry.</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional teams and in-depth knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design and implement and scale solutions for challenging business situations.</li><li>Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can drive innovation.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English.
