This role combines technical drafting, project coordination, and pre-construction documentation to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements. </div><br><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><div><strong>Drafting &amp; Design Support</strong></div><ul> <li>Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and multiple-view drafts using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.</li> <li>Convert sketches, hand-drawn concepts, and architectural notes into precise digital drawings.</li> <li>Ensure all designs comply with fabrication limitations, construction standards, and project specifications.</li> <li>Maintain and continuously update the AutoCAD block library.</li> </ul><div><strong>Pre-Construction Documentation</strong></div><ul> <li>Assist architects and engineers with estimating, plan takeoffs, crowdsourcing, bid preparation, and other pre-construction deliverables.</li> <li>Produce comprehensive planning reports and visual materials for client presentations.</li> <li>Record and track daily and weekly project progress for internal monitoring and reporting.</li> </ul><div><strong>Project Coordination</strong></div><ul> <li>Collaborate with project managers, field installers, and shop personnel to confirm field conditions and clarify design requirements.</li> <li>Provide ongoing support to field teams during installation and fabrication stages.</li> <li>Monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements to urban plans or project layouts as needed.</li> </ul><div><strong>Quality &amp; Compliance</strong></div><ul> <li>Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to verify accuracy and buildability.</li> <li>Ensure that all documents, drafts, and revisions meet internal quality standards and client requirements.<br /></li> </ul><br><h2>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h2><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field.</li> <li>Minimum <strong>3 years of recent AutoCAD experience</strong>; proficiency with ZWCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop is highly beneficial.<br>Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and architectural sketches.</li> <li>Good mathematical and analytical skills, especially for computing dimensions and drawing contours.</li> <li>Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Excellent time management and a proactive, self-starting attitude (“can do” / “will do”).</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Experience in sheet metal drafting or coordination.</li> <li>Background in the food services industry or projects involving specialized fabrication.</li> <li>Experience providing documentation or support during field installation phases.<br>Basic technical writing experience (reports, research summaries, business documentation).</li> <li>Creative eye for visuals and ability to produce presentation-ready outputs.</li> </ul><br><h2>Benefits</h2><ul> <li>Above market salary</li> <li>HMO on Day 1 for principal and two dependents</li> <li>Government-mandated benefits</li> <li>Performance-based Incentives</li> <li>Quarterly Company Events</li> <li>1,000 PHP De Minimis</li> <li>Equipment and software provided</li> </ul>
