21:30 (40 hours per week)</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">Candidates must be able to reliably travel into Central London for these shift patterns.</p><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">As a Senior AV Technician, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining a wide range of AV and collaboration technologies while delivering seamless meeting and event experiences.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Acting as a technical escalation point for AV and VC support issues</p></li><li><p>Managing and resolving client escalations professionally and efficiently</p></li><li><p>Performing daily meeting room and equipment checks</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting and fault-finding across AV and video conferencing systems</p></li><li><p>Coordinating deliveries, removals, relocations and equipment logistics</p></li><li><p>Supporting and running live AV events</p></li><li><p>Conducting pre-event testing, including audio checks and microphone preparation</p></li><li><p>Serving as the primary point of contact for event coordination</p></li><li><p>Liaising directly with clients to understand event requirements</p></li><li><p>Attending pre-production meetings for planned events</p></li><li><p>Supporting and operating global production events</p></li><li><p>Delivering exceptional meeting and event experiences for hosts and attendees</p></li><li><p>Setting up and supporting video and audio conferencing solutions</p></li><li><p>Investigating technical faults and recommending appropriate resolutions</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">To be successful in this role, you'll bring strong technical knowledge alongside excellent customer service and communication skills.</p><p class="MsoNormal">You'll ideally have experience with:</p><ul><li><p>Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Poly solutions</p></li><li><p>Video conferencing hardware including Teams Rooms, Webex, Poly and Logitech technologies</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting common AV/VC issues including audio feedback, connectivity and video failures</p></li><li><p>Microsoft Teams Rooms, UC PCs, Polycom, Logitech and Crestron Flex solutions</p></li><li><p>Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS and Extron technologies</p></li><li><p>Delivering AV support within large corporate environments</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>In addition, you'll possess:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>Strong organisational and time management abilities</p></li><li><p>A flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities</p></li><li><p>The confidence to work with clients at all organisational levels</p></li><li><p>A professional and polished appearance</p></li><li><p>A positive, solution-oriented mindset</p></li><li><p>A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">✅ Ability and willingness to successfully complete <strong>BPSS and SC security clearance</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">✅ Previous experience supporting corporate AV and collaboration technologies</p><p class="MsoNormal">✅ Professional approach and strong client-facing skills</p><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What's On Offer?</strong></p><ul><li><p>Salary of <strong>£42,000 -
