This is complemented by Mantle Network’s partnerships with leading issuers and protocols such as Agora AUSD, Ethena USDe, Ondo USDY and EigenLayer.</p> </p> <h3>Your Role</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Researching and building blockchain protocols, modules, technologies and algorithms</p> </li> <li> <p>Preparation of detailed design documents and testing strategies according to requirements</p> </li> <li> <p>Promoting technical experience sharing within the team</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the community through the best communications and documentation</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Your Craft</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field</p> </li> <li> <p>1–5 years of work experience, with design and development experience in blockchain, distributed systems, or related areas</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, with the ability to quickly conduct POC (Proof of Concept) development and validation</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficient in programming languages such as Go and Rust; highly skilled in smart contract development using Solidity</p> </li> <li> <p>Extensive experience in cryptography and blockchain, familiar with mainstream blockchain platforms and their core algorithms</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience contributing to or developing on open-source blockchain projects (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Optimism) is preferred</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent in Bilingual - English and Chinese</p> </p> </li> </ul> <p>职位要求：</p> <ul> <li> <p>计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历</p> </li> <li> <p>1~5年工作年限，区块链、分布式等领域的设计开发经验</p> </li> <li> <p>精通算法、数据结构，能快速进行POC开发论证</p> </li> <li> <p>熟练掌握Go、Rust等编程语言，精通智能合约Solidity</p> </li> <li> <p>在密码学、区块链等领域有丰富经验，熟悉blockchain主流平台及核心算法</p> </li> <li> <p>对区块链的开源项目（Ethereum、Solana、Optimism...）有开发经验的优先</p> </li> <li> <p>能快速阅读英文论文与资料，有较强的研究能力和自我驱动力</p> </p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Extra Credit</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Existing track record of R&amp;D and execution of open source projects on known blockchain platforms such as Ethereum/Cosmos/OP or ZK Rollup is a great plus.</p> </li> </ul>
