Product Operations (60%)</h3> <p>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate business requirements into clear development tasks</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide regular project updates and status reporting</p> </li> </ul> <p>Development Coordination</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate developers, designers, and stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives</p> </li> <li> <p>Track project milestones and delivery schedules</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure work remains within scope and deadlines</p> </li> </ul> <p>Technical Triage &amp; QA</p> <ul> <li> <p>Document bugs, issues, and feature requests</p> </li> <li> <p>Reproduce and prioritize technical issues</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with testing and acceptance validation</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate technical requirements clearly to developers</p> </li> </ul> <p>Documentation</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create user stories and acceptance criteria</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain project documentation, SOPs, backlogs, and roadmaps</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Growth Marketing &amp; Business Development (40%)</h3> <p>Marketing</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create and coordinate marketing campaigns across SaaS products</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage content calendars and social media activity</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements</p> </li> <li> <p>Support website updates and marketing collateral</p> </li> </ul> <p>Sales &amp;
