Brand Design Lead

<h1><strong>About the Role </strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br />We are hiring a Brand Design Lead to own and evolve 0G's visual identity and brand expression across product, web, social, events, and marketing campaigns. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can set creative direction and execute it.<br />You will work closely with marketing, communications, and leadership to translate brand strategy into consistent visual systems and compelling storytelling across every public-facing surface.<br /></p><h1><br />Responsibilities</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and evolve 0G's brand identity, including typography, color, imagery, motion, and illustration</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain a scalable brand system: guidelines, templates, and reusable components for use across teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure brand consistency across web, social, events, content, and presentations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate brand and marketing strategy into clear visual systems and narrative-driven creative</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead creative development for product launches, campaigns, community activations, and ecosystem events</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design or direct social graphics, video content, website updates, keynote decks, and event collateral</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with leadership on narrative and positioning, contributing to how the story is shaped rather than only how it is produced</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage and direct external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed</p></li></ul><h1><br /><br />Requirements</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Senior-level experience in brand design, brand communications, or creative direction</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience at a leading brand agency or a globally recognized company</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong portfolio demonstrating identity systems, campaign creative, storytelling, and high-quality visual execution across both digital and physical formats</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and contribute to brand narrative and strategy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working at pace in a startup environment with shifting priorities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)</p></li></ul><h1><br /><br />Preferred qualifications</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in consumer-facing or growth-focused brand work</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background in crypto, AI, or developer-focused products</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Motion design, 3D, or video direction capability</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience supporting PR, event marketing, or integrated campaigns</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>What we offer</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Purpose</em>: The opportunity to contribute to making AI a public good</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Growth</em>: A self-directed environment where you can take initiative to shape your role and career</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Compensation</em>: Market-competitive compensation including, for most roles, exposure to pre-launch tokens</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">In addition, 0G Labs is committed to the health and well being of all of our team members.
