The role combines business analysis and product ownership responsibilities, including defining and prioritizing product requirements, managing the backlog, and translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and solutions.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role</li><li>Strong knowledge of SCRUM methodology and practical experience working in Agile environments</li><li>Advanced English level, with strong communication skills in a professional environment</li><li>Advanced Ukrainian level, with strong communication skills in a professional environment</li><li>Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, and product leadership</li><li>Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs based on business value and priorities</li><li>Experience with backlog refinement, defining acceptance criteria, and writing clear, actionable user stories</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements</li><li>Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, Confluence or SharePoint, and Miro</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Nice-to-haves</strong></p><ul><li>Experience owning a product backlog or acting as a Product Owner</li><li>Legal domain knowledge or experience working on legal-related products or projects</li><li>Experience supporting or leading sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies</li><li>Understanding of the product development lifecycle and software development processes</li><li>Understanding of technical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with development teams</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise-level workflows or large-scale Agile environments</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, product leadership, and development teams to understand business needs and define product requirements</li><li>Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals</li><li>Lead and facilitate backlog refinement sessions and support effective sprint planning</li><li>Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements that are actionable for development teams</li><li>Prioritize requirements based on business value, stakeholder needs, dependencies, and delivery priorities</li><li>Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements while maintaining alignment between business and engineering teams</li><li>Support product decision-making by identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities</li><li>Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders and cross-functional teams</li><li>Maintain product and requirements documentation using tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence/SharePoint, Miro, etc.</li><li>Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the product development process</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>About Us&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Established in 2011, Trinetix is a dynamic tech service provider supporting enterprise clients around the world.&nbsp;</p><p>Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we have a global team of over 1,000 professionals and delivery centers across Europe, the United States, and Argentina.
