You will work independently, handling a high-volume caseload and ensuring seamless, professional service to clients and stakeholders.<br /><br />Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Independently manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload with accuracy and strong client service </li><li> Prepare and file non-immigrant petitions including H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 matters </li><li> Support immigrant processes including PERM, I-140 (EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3), I-485, and EB-2 NIW </li><li> Draft strong, compliant support letters for O-1 and L-1A filings that clearly present eligibility arguments </li><li> Draft basic letters for H-1B filings and simple RFE responses with clean, client-ready writing </li><li> Prepare detailed responses for complex RFEs, NOIDs, and PERM audit responses with well-organized exhibits and timelines </li><li> Maintain tight case tracking, calendars, and internal documentation to ensure deadlines are consistently met </li><li> Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders in professional, clear written and verbal English (and Spanish when needed) </li><li> Provide proactive updates, flag risks early, and keep cases moving without constant follow-ups </li><li> Ensure drafting and client-facing communication are human-written and professionally polished (no reliance on AI-generated messaging)</li></ul> <p>Must-Have:</p><ul><li> 2–3+ years of direct business (employment-based) immigration paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate immigration environment </li><li> Hands-on experience preparing and supporting filings for H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 </li><li> Hands-on experience with PERM, I-140 (EB categories), and I-485 case support (including complex documentation workflows) </li><li> Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision </li><li> Strong legal drafting skills, including support letters and detailed responses to RFEs/NOIDs/PERM audits </li><li> Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client-facing work </li><li> Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and deadline management in a high-output legal environment </li></ul><p>Nice to Have:</p><ul><li> Experience with EB-2 NIW drafting support and evidence organization </li><li> Experience with complex O-1 case strategy support (e.g., evidence mapping, exhibit indexing, narrative building) </li><li> Familiarity with common immigration case management systems and high-discipline tracking practices </li><li> Prior experience supporting multiple attorneys/clients concurrently in a structured, metrics-driven workflow</li></ul> <p>• Access to a $200k+ perk marketplace with instant discounts on 150+ services<br />• Access up to 50% of approved earnings before payday (no credit checks or fees)<br /></p><br/><br/>Please mention the word **AFFABLY** and tag ROjox when applying to show you read the job post completely (#ROjox).
