Our data infrastructure — built on BigQuery and dbt, surfaced through Metabase — powers every operational decision: from tracking fulfillment performance across 7 warehouses to monitoring carrier service rates in real time. You won't just consume data — you'll help build the infrastructure that makes it accessible, reliable, and actionable for our entire Ops organization. This is a unique opportunity to work on <strong>real-scale, production-grade BI systems</strong> in a fast-moving logistics startup.</p> </div><br><strong>✍️ Our data challenges</strong><br><div> <li><strong>Data pipeline development</strong>: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that consolidate and transform raw warehouse and operational data into clean, structured datasets ready for analysis — using SQL, dbt, and our BigQuery data warehouse.</li> <li><strong>Dashboard &amp; reporting infrastructure</strong>: Develop scalable BI solutions — datasets, reports, and Metabase dashboards — that give our Ops teams real-time visibility into fulfillment KPIs, warehouse performance, and service levels.</li> <li><strong>Data modeling &amp; schema design</strong>: Create and manage data structures that are robust, well-documented, and easy for analysts across teams to use — applying best practices in schema design and data governance.</li> <li><strong>Automation &amp; process improvement</strong>: Write secure, maintainable code that automates recurring reporting tasks and frees our analysts to focus on higher-value work.
