<h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>Business Process Consultant - PLM Windchill</strong></p> <p><strong>Frankfurt,Germany- Remote ( occasional travel to client site once or twice in a month)</strong></p> <p><strong>12months contract with possible extension</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p> <p>The Business Process Consultant Lead will drive the analysis, redesign, and harmonization of engineering lifecycle processes across business divisions. This role focuses on aligning engineering practices with the capabilities of the enterprise <strong>Windchill PLM platform</strong> and enabling business-led decision making for future process improvements.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>•Lead end-to-end analysis of existing engineering lifecycle processes across divisions.</p> <p>•Identify process inefficiencies, manual handovers, and system gaps affecting product development activities.</p> <p>•Define future engineering lifecycle processes aligned with industry best practices and PTC Windchill PLM capabilities.</p> <p>•Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders.</p> <p>•Develop process documentation including workflow diagrams, operational procedures, and responsibility matrices.</p> <p>•Establish standardized engineering processes across multiple business units where appropriate.</p> <p>•Support business case creation for process improvements and technology enhancements.</p> <p>•Guide requirements intake and prioritization for improvements within the <strong>PTC Windchill PLM environment.</strong></p> <p>•Ensure process designs comply with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.</p> <p>•Support organizational change enablement activities including training and communication.</p> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>Required Skills &#x26; Experience</strong></p> <p>•Extensive experience in engineering lifecycle management and product data management processes.</p> <p>•Strong process analysis and business transformation experience within manufacturing organizations.</p> <p>•Experience facilitating global workshops with engineering leaders and business stakeholders.</p> <p>•Ability to translate business requirements into system-enabled processes.</p> <p>•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Process Management.</p> <p>•Training or certification in process improvement methodologies preferred.</p> <p>•Experience with enterprise Windchill PLM platforms strongly preferred.</p> <p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/">Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
