<h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>IT Business Systems Analyst – APRISO and CMES (2 to 3 Years Experience)</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Darlington , UK (onsite 5days a week)</strong></p> <p><strong>Full time- Permanent</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p> <p>Lead and drive manufacturing system projects, business improvements, process enhancements, and innovation initiatives using the Dassault MES (CMES) platform.</p> <p>Act as the onsite Manufacturing SME, partnering with business and IT teams to deliver high-value solutions that improve plant performance, efficiency, quality, and user experience. Critical support involvement is expected only for major business-impacting Production issues</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead CMES-related projects, enhancements, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.</li> <li>Work closely with manufacturing teams to understand challenges and deliver practical, value-driven solutions.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of the Dassault MES platform.</li> <li>Act as the trusted Manufacturing CMES SME for Assembly Operations, providing guidance on best practices and future capabilities.</li> <li>Translate business needs into solution designs, testing plans, and successful implementations.</li> <li>Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and plant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.</li> <li>Support resolution of critical production-impacting issues when required.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>Ideal Candidate Profile:</p> <ul> <li>Strong expertise in <strong>Dassault MES/CMES within an assembly manufacturing environment.</strong></li> <li>Proven track record of delivering projects, enhancements, process improvements, and business value, not just production support.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to challenge existing processes and recommend better solutions.</li> <li>Confident communicator who can engage with shop-floor users, manufacturing leaders, and IT stakeholders.</li> <li>Self-driven, accountable, and focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Below are the technical skills required along with above:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Expert in Database design, Development, Support, Translation, Testing and Deployment in Apriso 9.5, 9.6, 9.7,2016, 2019, 2021,2026 versions</li> <li>Expertise in upgrade project activities</li> <li>Sound knowledge of Process Builder, FlexNet translation tool, Global process manager, Machine Integrator, Microsoft SQL, Apriso Portal</li> <li>Expert in development, performance optimization for complex SQL queries, writing and execution of test cases, preparation of test reports, deployment, post upgrade activities and support projects</li> <li>Strong root cause analysis &#x26; well experienced in performance improvement of screens</li> <li>Screen designing through HTML and CSS in process builder</li> <li>Package creation and deployment with Global Process Manager to multiple servers</li> <li>Configuration of Central Configuration, CSS and Configuration Manager</li> <li>Development Life Cycle (SDLC) mainly into Analysis, Architect, Software Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, End-user training of Enterprise and Web based applications by using Agile</li> <li>Experience in Ignition and Opcenter MES</li> <li>Experience in discrete manufacturing process</li> <li>Expert in Java scripting, Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL server</li> <li>Experience in web services and developing Business Integration of MES with ERP</li> <li>Real time production support experience</li> </ul> <p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
