The Fellowship Program is an integral part of the CVF-V20’s ongoing efforts to promote and drive ambitious climate action and to mobilize international support for climate vulnerable nations.</p> <p>The aim of the V20 Climate Prosperity Fellowship Program is to engender cooperation among CVF-V20 member states, provide them with the tools to combat challenges they may face in the pursuit of strategies to avert climate breakdown, and pioneer the development of economic and financial solutions, including the mobilization of domestic climate finance towards positive climate action.</p> <p>The V20 Climate Prosperity Fellowship Program is designed to provide mid- to senior career officials with opportunities for peer-learning, building cutting-edge technical skills to integrate climate change into their work, and supporting their leadership in advancing innovative solutions. The CVF-V20 has consistently emphasized the need to reform the international financial architecture to unlock opportunities on the ground to promote climate prosperity. Through weekly webinars, interactions with experts, residencies, and immersive exercises, V20 Climate Prosperity Fellows will have a unique opportunity to work together in advancing a fit for purpose identify opportunities to support climate prosperity;</li> <li aria-level="1">Engage in policy discussions concerning reform of the international financial architecture;</li> <li aria-level="1">Harness the knowledge and skills needed to engage and access processes associated with the international financial architecture, including on debt reform, shifting of financial flows, carbon financing exchanges, and mainstream surveillance of climate risks to drive new investment;</li> <li aria-level="1">Identify and deploy communications strategies used to raise awareness of the priorities of the climate-vulnerable countries in relation to the reform of the international financial architecture; and</li> <li aria-level="1">Contribute to the formulation and implementation of online and in-person and to complete and submit assignments as required;</li> <li aria-level="1">Willingness to travel abroad to attend in person meetings and training sessions with members of their cohort;</li> <li aria-level="1">Commitment to attend scheduled weekly virtual sessions for the duration of the fellowship period;</li> <li aria-level="1">Committed to working and sharing information
