You are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Work in small teams of exceptional people,</strong> who are relentlessly resourceful to solve problems and find smarter solutions than the status quo</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build the best technology in-house</strong>, using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting</p></li></ol><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist in <strong>developing Lendable's capital markets strategy</strong> to fund over £2.5bn per annum in 2026.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage <strong>strategic funding projects</strong> on tight timeframes through to execution</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Originate</strong> and <strong>execute</strong> new transactions (including direct lending through forward flow agreements, private and public asset-backed financing arrangements, and new fund launches).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Manage investor relationships</strong> (including banks, investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, pension funds, high net worth investors and family offices).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Arrange and run <strong>due diligence sessions</strong> for new investors.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"> Assist in the running of<strong> the Lendable funds</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist in the development of <strong>funding strategies </strong>for new product launches.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support senior management and founders on the assessment of strategic initiatives and <strong>corporate development projects</strong>.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong> What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">For Analysts: 1-2 years of relevant experience in the industry</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">For Associates: 3-4 years of relevant experience in the industry</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Strong analytical</strong> and <strong>numerical </strong>skills that put you at ease with financial data</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Great written and verbal communication skills </strong>with a close attention to detail</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Technical Aptitude</strong>: <strong>High level</strong> of proficiency in <strong>Excel </strong>and <strong>financial modelling </strong>as well as knowledge of <strong>SQL </strong>to query and manage large-scale data</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Proactivity &amp; Learning: </strong>Be a <strong>self-driven</strong> <strong>problem-solver</strong> with a deep willingness to learn new financial structures and speak to individuals across the business to help problem solve, in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor's degree or above</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong> Interview process</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re not a slow-moving bureaucratic organization so we look to get things moving as quickly as possible.
