As a Capital Planning Investment Control Business Analyst - Lead you will focus on CPIC and Portfolio Management support activities and oversee Capital Planning Analysts and SMEs.</p><p></p><p>Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.  </p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Primary interface with federal Capital Planning leadership</li><li>Oversees development, maintenance, and quality of Business Cases (OMB300 equivalents), EVM reports, AAR submissions, and Investment Manager support</li><li>Ensures alignment with OMB guidance, IT governance processes, and Investment lifecycle activities</li><li>Manages Strategic Planning, Budget Formulation, Spend Planning, and Investment baselines</li></ul> <ul><li>8+ years CPIC experience</li><li>Bachelor’s degree (4 years of additional experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree)</li><li>Strong knowledge of OMB A-11</li><li>Experience mentoring analysts and leading gate review preparation</li><li>Ability to understand the needs of the government customer, set priorities and provide appropriate direction to team to implement the identified resolution</li><li>Ability to determine course of action to resolve various Capital Planning issues in a fast paced, highly visible client organization</li><li>Familiarity with FBC business case structures and portfolio data call requirements</li></ul><p></p><p>Travel Requirements</p><p>This is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions. Travel is expected to be less than 10% and will be communicated in advance whenever possible. </p><p></p><p>EEO Statement</p><p>Aretum is committed to fostering a workplace rooted in excellence, integrity, and equal opportunity for all.
