Caribbean public procurement professionals a rare opportunity to complete an internationally focused postgraduate programme at the University of Rome Tor Vergata with extensive financial support.</p> <p data-start="23940" data-end="24218">The scholarship covers <strong data-start="23963" data-end="23979">full tuition</strong>, travel to and from Italy for the in-person academic period, accommodation and subsistence allowances, a <strong data-start="24085" data-end="24121">USD 350 administrative allowance</strong>, and eligible visa-related travel costs where necessary.</p> <p data-start="24220" data-end="24473">The programme combines <strong data-start="24243" data-end="24288">4.25 months of classroom teaching in Rome</strong>, distance learning, a <strong data-start="24311" data-end="24347">500-hour professional internship</strong> and a final procurement-focused dissertation.</p> <p data-start="24475" data-end="24881">Applicants must normally be
