Pieces that carry centuries of story and serious financial weight.</p> <p>It’s also a business with scale, responsibility and market cycles..</p> <p>We’re looking for a senior commercial leader with strong consumer goods market experience who knows how to steer a large, growing business through both acceleration and volatility. A leader who cuts through noise, holds the ground when markets fluctuate, and creates clarity for the team.</p> <p>You’ve managed larger teams and multiple direct reports before. You know how to make people feel heard while keeping them accountable.
