The role will rethink how consumers bank by using AI across everyday money management, transactions, savings and financial decisions.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you will be doing</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define the AI Neobank proposition, product roadmap and business model.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build AI-native experiences across accounts, cards, payments, savings and money management.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use AI to automate and improve financial decisions, customer workflows and servicing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own P&amp;L, customers, deposits, revenue, unit economics and operating costs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work deeply with product, engineering and AI teams to build and ship the product.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build the core team and required banking, technology and operational capabilities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive banking partnerships, regulatory readiness and market expansion.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2><strong>What you will need</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep experience in digital banking, neobanks or consumer fintech.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Direct ownership of a meaningful banking product, business or P&amp;L.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of banking products, economics, operations and regulation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong product judgement and ability to identify where AI creates a materially better banking experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building and scaling technology products and teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on operating capability. Able to work directly through product flows, economics, customer problems and execution.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Location</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a <strong>hybrid role</strong>.
