<img src="https://we-work-remotely.imgix.net/logos/0171/6131/logo.gif?ixlib=rails-4.0.0&w=50&h=50&dpr=2&fit=fill&auto=compress" /> <p> <strong>Headquarters:</strong> Accra, Remote, Ghana <br /><strong>URL:</strong> <a href="http://meisterpiece.com">http://meisterpiece.com</a> </p> <p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong><br><br>Charles Technology Africa seeks to hire a Web Developer to independently design, develop, and maintain both external and internal Websites and applications that leverage the WordPress Content management system.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications Required:</strong></p><p>Strong HTML, CSS, PHP and Java Script skills</p><p>Expert level Wordpress experience and capabilities</p><p>Ability to integrate WP websites with other applications</p><p>Experience with Cpanel or other managed hosting platforms</p><p>Proficiency with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks</p><p>Working knowledge of Apache, Linux Ubuntu, MySQL</p><p>Understanding of web accessibility</p><p>Ability to work well in a team structure</p><p>A passion for quality design and a drive for innovation</p><p>Ability to take a concept from sketch or wireframe to final implementation</p><p>Strong oral and written communication skills</p><p>Multitasking and problem-solving skills</p><p>Analytical, organized and proactive attitude</p><p>Ability to work under tight deadlines and switch quickly and comfortably between projects as determined by supervisor, clients or other circumstances</p><p>Experience developing custom WP themes and plugins a plus</p> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/charles-technology-africa-web-developer">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/charles-technology-africa-web-developer</a></p>
