Notre solution est très personnalisable, hautement interopérable, et déployée auprès de structures exigeantes, souvent multi-populations (collaborateurs nomades, agents, intérimaires, prestataires externes…).</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Pourquoi ce poste ?</span></strong></p><p><span style="color:#121317">Pour accompagner le développement de nos projets et répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous renforçons notre équipe Consulting. Nous recherchons un(e) </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">Chef(fe) de projet déploiement</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> pour piloter l’</span><strong><span style="color:#121317">implémentation de la solution Vertical Expense chez nos clients</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">, en collaboration avec les équipes internes (technique, produit, CSM) et les interlocuteurs client (DSI, DAF, DRH, métiers).</span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">Tu interviendras au cœur des projets, de la compréhension des besoins, au paramétrage de la solution, en passant par l’accompagnement des utilisateurs.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Tes responsabilités :</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Piloter les projets de déploiement de A à Z, du cadrage à la mise en production.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Analyser les besoins des clients et les conseiller sur l’optimisation de leurs processus.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Animer les ateliers projet et assurer la coordination des différentes parties prenantes.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Rédiger et faire valider les spécifications fonctionnelles et les livrables projet.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Organiser et réaliser le paramétrage de la solution selon les règles métier du client.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Accompagner les intégrations techniques (connecteurs ERP/SIRH, SSO, API…)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Assurer les phases de tests, recettes, formations, et transfert vers les équipes support.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de nos processus de delivery.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Être un relais actif du style="color:#121317">Ce qu’on va attendre de toi :</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Tu as une expérience réussie en tant que chef(fe) de projet fonctionnel ou consultant(e) fonctionnel(le) dans le cadre d’un projet de déploiement (Solutions </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">Finance, RH, ERP ou SIRH</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">... est un plus).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Tu maîtrises les bases de données et </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">SQL</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">, et tu
