This is a hands-on operating role for someone who can move across businesses and functions, solve difficult problems and drive important work from decision through execution.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you will be doing</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive major Group priorities and cross-functional projects from start to completion.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify business or execution problems, work through the details and drive solutions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track priorities, decisions and performance across businesses and ensure clear ownership and follow-through.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead projects involving new businesses, market expansion, organisational changes or other Group priorities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyse business performance, markets and opportunities and turn findings into actions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work across product, technology, finance, people and operations depending on the problem.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Step into areas where ownership is unclear or additional execution is needed.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you will need</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong experience in a technology company, high-growth startup, strategy/operations role, top-tier consulting firm or your own startup.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track record owning complex projects with measurable business outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical and commercial judgement with the ability to work through data, financials and business problems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Able to learn unfamiliar businesses and functions quickly and get into the details.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong written and verbal communication with clear, structured thinking.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on operating style - able to do the analysis, build the plan and drive the execution personally.</p></li></ul><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk">Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
