In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) solution designs for our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to review study protocols, translate client requirements into optimized solution designs, and ensure accurate and efficient project delivery aligned with clinical objectives.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive compensation</p> </li> <li> <p>Private health insurance</p> </li> <li> <p>Engaging employee programs</p> </li> <li> <p>Flexible work schedules</p> </li> <li> <p>Attractive PTO plan</p> </li> <li> <p>Flexible workspace options</p> </li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate the overall Solutions Design Process for client studies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Review clinical trial protocols to identify solution needs and define study-specific eCOA designs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Gather sponsor requirements and recommend Clario’s best design components to meet study needs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Create and maintain design specifications ensuring consistency across data capture, delivery, and database structures.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with Project Management, Data Management, Product, and Clinical Systems Translation &amp; Licensing (CSTL) to align on requirements and data integrity.</p> </li> <li> <p>Present solution designs during internal and external milestone meetings.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support project scoping, change control, and testing processes as needed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to product and process improvement initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain organized documentation and support study tracking efforts.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We Look For</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent; degree in science or healthcare-related field preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trials or equivalent role.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to interpret clinical trial documentation such as protocols, questionnaires, and data models.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven experience in translating client requirements into design specifications.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at all levels.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with FDA regulatory processes and clinical research standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with technical documentation tools a plus.</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Based in Costa Rica, with ability to work fully remote.</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
