This is an ideal role for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to combine hands-on clinical work with the chance to shape and lead a well-established practice.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>You’ll spend around 75% of your time in practice, enjoying a balanced mix of consultations and surgery, while also playing a key role in mentoring colleagues, supporting case discussions and helping develop less experienced vets and new graduates.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Practice Highlights</strong></p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>* Recently refurbished practice just outside Plymouth city centre</div> <div>* Balanced mix of consultations and surgery</div> <div>* Approximately 75% clinical and 25% leadership responsibilities</div> <div>* Digital radiography and dental radiography</div> <div>* Ultrasound facilities</div> <div>* Multi-parameter monitoring equipment</div> <div>* Experienced team of Veterinary Surgeons, RVNs and Client Care colleagues</div> <div>* Opportunity to mentor colleagues and support new graduate development</div> <div>* Strong emphasis on clinical autonomy and high standards of patient care</div> <div>* Surgical bias role</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p>You’ll be joining a friendly and experienced team of vets, RVNs and a dedicated client care team, all based in a welcoming, refurbished practice.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <h2>How You’ll Make a Difference</h2> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p>As Director of Practice &amp; Clinical Services, you will provide senior clinical leadership across a large practice, hospital or group of services, setting and delivering the clinical vision in line with inspiring vet care’s strategy, standards and values.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>You’ll oversee clinical governance, quality improvement and performance across services, working closely with senior operational leaders to drive excellent patient outcomes, sustainable service delivery and a strong clinical culture.
