We’ve published in top-tier journals, won major awards, and advise governments and regulators globally on AI safety, medical devices, and the future of clinical agentic systems.</p> <p>We now want to focus on providing direct-to-patient best in class AI-led care, and are recruiting to staff our exciting and progressive care clinic.</p> <h3><strong>Brief Job Description:</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking experienced US-licensed Psychotherapists or Psychologists to review transcripts of calls between our patients and our AI therapy agents. Your reviews will directly shape how we support real people seeking care; flagging risk, ensuring clinical appropriateness, and defining what "genuinely helpful" looks like at scale.</p> <p>This is flexible, remote, contract work well-suited to a licensed clinician who wants meaningful part-time work at the frontier of mental health care.</p> <h3><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Review conversation transcripts against clinical quality, accuracy, and safety standards</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and flag clinical risk, safety concerns, and moments requiring human clinical judgment</p> </li> <li> <p>Assess whether responses are clinically appropriate, empathetic, and aligned with best practice</p> </li> <li> <p>Document clear, structured feedback that our clinical and product teams can act on</p> </li> <li> <p>Note: this role does not involve direct patient contact or care delivery. Any concerns are flagged to Limbic employed clinicians for further action. </p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who we need</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or equivalent) in at least one US state. Multiple licenses or PSYPACT are a plus but not essential</p> </li> <li> <p>US-based</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong clinical judgment with experience in direct mental health care</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience assessing risk and safety in a clinical setting</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent attention to detail and clear written communication</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable working independently on a flexible, remote schedule</p> </li> <li> <p>Reliable computer and internet access</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we offer</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Flexible 1099 independent contractor engagement</p> </li> <li> <p>Fully remote</p> </li> <li> <p>Flexible hours</p> </li> <li> <p>No minimum or maximum hourly commitment</p> </li> <li> <p>Compensation at a rate of $3 per transcript reviewed (time to review transcripts is based on conversation length and therefore fluctuates.
