As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you'll provide advanced support to our regulatory and consumer litigation teams, with a focus on processing civil subpoenas, summons, garnishments, levies, and account freeze requests, while assisting with all aspects of customer arbitrations and threatened litigation.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage timely and accurate responses to domestic and international subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, bankruptcies, garnishments, letters from counsel, and other civil third-party requests.</li> <li>Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies regarding third-party requests, coordinating with attorneys and litigation team members to ensure accurate and timely resolution.</li> <li>Prepare and file litigation and arbitration case pleadings, and provide paralegal support for active litigation and arbitration matters in state and federal court.</li> <li>Evaluate and improve litigation internal processes, identifying workflow gaps and implementing operational enhancements to increase team efficiency.</li> <li>Support cross-functional legal operations projects such as tool implementations, vendor evaluations, or policy rollouts as priorities arise.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, including hands-on management of civil subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, garnishments, and other third-party legal requests at high volume.</li> <li>Proven track record preparing and filing pleadings and supporting arbitration and litigation matters in both state and federal court.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage 50+ concurrent legal matters across multiple jurisdictions with competing deadlines and zero-defect accuracy in filings and correspondence.</li> <li>Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management, document review, and e-discovery workflows.</li> <li>Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.</li> </ul> <p>Req ID: #P77505</p> <p>#Li-Remote</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>Pay Transparency Notice:</strong><strong><em> </em></strong>Base salary varies by location (see range below).
