We believe the fastest way to grow is by doing, so we give you the ownership to run with things and see real-time results.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide comprehensive support to SME business owners: Assess their financial situations, diagnose problems, and propose solutions while building rapport and understanding their needs. We’re a group that chooses to lift each other up and think smart every day.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role would suit someone from a Customer facing role/environment (6 months+) within a Financial Services organisation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience of consistently achieving targets, SLAs, and KPIs while striving for continuous improvement</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Organised with great attention to detail, and the ability to use multiple systems concurrently in the workplace</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ability to empathise with borrowers and the commitment to assist them in solving issues through your first-class customer service skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be a motivated and deadline-driven individual with the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining the quality of work</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline your daily tasks and improve your personal productivity</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively to enhance your output and find a better way of working</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
