If you love mentoring, test prep, and empowering others, this is the role for you. You’ll work one-on-one with students, create personalized COMLEX study plans, and provide expert guidance to help them excel on their exams.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Tutor students one-on-one in preparation for COMLEX-USA Level 1, Level 2-CE, and/or Level 3</li> <li>Tailor COMLEX test preparation to each student’s individual needs, goals, strengths, and weaknesses</li> <li>Provide expert instruction in relevant COMLEX content areas, including clinical sciences, biomedical sciences, clinical reasoning, and osteopathic principles and practice</li> <li>Help students develop effective study strategies, test-taking skills, and time-management techniques specific to the COMLEX exam</li> <li>Assess student strengths and weaknesses through practice exams, question banks, and other diagnostic tools</li> <li>Develop personalized study plans based on student performance and exam timelines</li> <li>Assign targeted practice, homework, and study activities between sessions</li> <li>Provide written feedback and actionable recommendations to help students improve</li> <li>Track and analyze student progress and performance</li> <li>Prepare students for COMLEX-specific question formats and clinical reasoning</li> <li>Support students with test-day preparation, including pacing, stamina, and test-taking strategies</li> <li>Be passionate about education and serve as a COMLEX expert and thought leader for your students</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Have a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree</li> <li>Have previously taken at least one COMLEX-USA examination (official score report required)</li> <li>Have experience preparing students for COMLEX-USA Level 1, Level 2-CE, and/or Level 3</li> <li>Have a strong understanding of osteopathic principles and practice, including Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM/OMT)</li> <li>Be able to develop personalized study plans based on student performance and individual goals</li> <li>1-2 years of previous teaching or tutoring experience desired</li> <li>Completed residency required for Level 3 tutoring; residency training preferred for Level 2-CE tutoring</li> <li>Able to tutor during afternoons, evenings, and weekends</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate students</li> </ul> <hr> <p>For more information about our company, please visit our website: <a href="https://www.inspiraeducationgroup.com/" rel="nofollow ugc noopener" target="_blank">Inspira Education Group</a>. </p> <p><em>Inspira Education Group does not discriminate based on race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, </em><em>sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other reason prohibited by law in providing employment opportunities and benefits.</em></p>
