In this exciting role you will be supporting with setting the analytical direction for the team, building &amp;amp; maintaining our BI infrastructure, and driving key analytical projects. Within this you will be looking to improve data quality &amp;amp; tooling across teams, bringing our analytical&amp;nbsp;capabilities to the next level. This will form the foundation from which you will produce insightful and&amp;nbsp;actionable dashboards, datasets &amp;amp; analysis, which in turn will be used to underpin key decisions and&amp;nbsp;recommendations, informing future developments and improvement of our product (the meal kits we send our customers every week!)&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;text-decoration: underline;&quot;&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you will be doing:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;In this hands on role you will be leading on the scoping, building and managing of our Commercial&lt;br&gt;BI infrastructure, ensuring we are providing highly insightful/actionable Tableau dashboards&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Focused on improving our data quality &amp;amp; tooling across teams&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Championing a strong data culture across the business, influencing how teams adopt and act on&amp;nbsp;analytical insights&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ideating, scoping and leading key strategic analytical projects focused on driving improvements in&amp;nbsp;our core product&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Deep diving large datasets and pulling out key insights which will underpin core product&amp;nbsp;improvements&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Present and obtain approval on any recommendations from Senior Management&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Identify, develop and implement new approaches and processes across the business, whilst&amp;nbsp;mapping out recurring processes, and finding ways of simplifying/optimising them&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Collaborate closely with teams such as Culinary, Menu Planning, Analytics, Procurement &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp;Operations and Marketing&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Collaborate closely with International HelloFresh geographies ensuring synergies are found and&amp;nbsp;leveraged&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;text-decoration: underline;&quot;&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Who you are:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;A natural leader who can inspire and influence teams without formal authority, driving alignment&amp;nbsp;across stakeholders and functions&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience using Tableau, with a strong working knowledge of data visualisation&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience in SQL is essential; experience with Python a big plus&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Very strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to summarise quantitative concepts into a digestible format that is easy to understand and communicate to all levels of the business&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Professional experience in a high performance and culture environment&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to lead interactions with senior stakeholders and to summarise quantitative concepts into a digestible format&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong project management competencies&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Enjoys working cross-functionally, across teams and departments to achieve a joint objective&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;You’ll need to have a genuine interest in using data - something we love at HelloFresh!
