Sales? Account management? Something else?&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;12 months inside Flexport&#39;s commercial engine. Four rotations, four mentors, one goal: find where you fit.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Months 1–3: Open doors as an SDR&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Months 4–6: Manage clients as an Account Manager&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Months 7–9: Close deals alongside a top salesperson&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Months 10–12: Go deep in Operations, Marketing, or Customs — your pick&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;You&#39;ll have a named 1:1 mentor each block, plus one programme-wide buddy who stays with you the entire year. You&#39;ll also build with low-code tools alongside our engineering team. Global trade runs on tech now, not just relationships.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;The payoff: after a successful completion of the program you will get a permanent Account Executive, Business Development Rep, or Account Manager role by month 12, plus a company-wide network most new hires take years to build.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Block 1 – Sales Development: generate pipeline through outbound outreach, qualify leads, and keep Salesforce updated.&lt;br&gt;Block 2 – Account Management: support client meetings, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, and learn the customer lifecycle.&lt;br&gt;Block 3 – Sales: support a full sales cycle from discovery to close, including deal structuring and negotiation.&lt;br&gt;Block 4 – Elective: complete a project in Operations, Marketing, or Customs of your choice.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Alongside all four blocks, you&#39;ll also join Engineering sessions every two weeks, learn low-code/no-code tools, and build your own capstone project by year-end.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Is this you?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;• A recent graduate (Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s) — any discipline&lt;br&gt;• Fluent in German and English&lt;br&gt;• Willing to relocate to Hamburg or Frankfurt&lt;br&gt;• Strong affinity with commercial roles but unsure which exact direction&lt;br&gt;• Comfortable learning new tools and systems&lt;br&gt;• No sales experience required&lt;br&gt;• Solution-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented and organised&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Please note that fluency in both German and English is required.
