You'll bridge the gap between product and customer outcomes — designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0's technical capabilities in real-world environments.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll partner with sales and product teams to deliver high-impact Proofs of Concept, guide observability architecture discussions, and ensure customers realize the full technical value of Dash0. This role is based in Amsterdam.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Note:</em> Your internal title would be a Solutions Architect. Our Solutions Engineers work across both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales! </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) that highlight Dash0's differentiated technical capabilities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations tailored to engineering and executive audiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Product Management to provide technical insights that influence roadmap and feature priorities.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex observability concepts clearly to both engineers and decision-makers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and POCs that prove business value.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborative mindset — you work seamlessly across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) for collaboration and pipeline visibility.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contributions to technical content — blog posts, conference talks, or open-source documentation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem and community.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Why Dash0</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company.
