Our objective is to help users complete tasks daily enjoyable with over ~90%* reduced time.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for a communications leader who can help shape how A1 is introduced to the world.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will develop our external narrative, work closely with founders and leadership, build relationships with global media, and ensure every public communication reflects the quality and ambition of the company.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a hands-on role. You'll be writing, editing, pitching stories, preparing announcements and working directly with senior leaders on communications strategy.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and execute A1's global communications strategy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build relationships with technology, business and mainstream media.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop media angles and proactively secure high-quality press coverage.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Write and edit press releases, announcements, company updates and executive communications.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Shape company messaging, positioning and product narratives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare founders and executives for media interviews, conferences and public appearances.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop communication plans around product launches, partnerships and major company milestones.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities to strengthen A1's brand.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with product, recruiting and leadership teams to ensure consistent external messaging.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support crisis communications and reputation management when required.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You Will Need</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in PR, corporate communications or media relations within technology companies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to explain complex products clearly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong relationships with technology and business journalists.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience managing communications for product launches or major announcements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent judgement and ability to develop compelling narratives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment with minimal direction.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>How We Work</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The best products in the world are built by small, highly capable teams.
